Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Contracts, Legal Service Delivery, and Source-to-Pay solutions. The role involves providing architectural guidance and designing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements. This is a 100% remote, long-term opportunity. Candidates must meet the specified ServiceNow certification requirements, with the CTA certification considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and guide the implementation of ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, SPM, Contracts, Legal Service Desk, and Source-to-Pay modules.
• Provide architectural guidance to ensure solutions align with business requirements and technical standards.
• Support solution design and integration across relevant ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and define appropriate architectural solutions.
• Apply ServiceNow architecture best practices throughout solution design and implementation.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Must hold either the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification if the CTA certification is not held.
• Must hold one of the following ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications:
• CIS-HR (HR Service Delivery)
• CIS-SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification, which is a significant advantage.
• Experience with HRSD, SPM, Contracts, Legal Service Desk, and Source-to-Pay modules.
