Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of automotive technician experience preferred.
• Technical School Diploma and ASE certification preferred.
• Current California Driver License with a satisfactory DMV record required.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles safely and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
• Utilize manufacturer recommended diagnosis and repair processes to enhance service quality.
• Communicate clearly with clients about repairs performed and concerns addressed.
• Maintain knowledge of compliance with relevant policies and procedures related to vehicle service.
• Interpret and apply complex technical documents for vehicle repairs.
• Set personal performance targets and participate in achieving proficiency rates.
• Organize tools and workspace to mitigate risk of damage or loss.
