Qualifications

• 5-8 years of semiconductor cleanroom experience, preferably with team lead experience.
• 3 years of prior team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication service requirements, procedures, and protocols.
• Proven ability to define and meet targets for improved customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective team management and customer relations.
• Capable of managing stress and leading a team through challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management of the account to meet service delivery targets.
• Execute service contracts and shape the strategic direction of the service business.
• Promote value-added service propositions and product upgrades.
• Supervise a service team of 5-8 engineers, facilitating skill development and training.
• Provide coaching and motivation to enhance customer satisfaction and team output.
• Oversee resolution of Level 1 and Level 2 service issues, ensuring timely escalation resolution.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, managing escalations through to resolution.
