Service Project Manager

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous project management and/or customer relationship management experience preferred
• Self-confidence and ability to be largely self-directed
• Proficient keyboarding skills
• Conscientious approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (1-2 trips annually)
• Must obtain and maintain a valid passport and comply with travel requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage service and retrofit projects to successful outcomes, meeting scope, schedule, and budget
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure project scope aligns with customer needs
• Escalate issues promptly to appropriate stakeholders and drive them to resolution
• Lead effective meetings with clear documentation and defined action items
• Build, inspire, and motivate cohesive and high-performing project teams
• Develop and document successful project plans with team members and stakeholders
• Deliver prompt and proactive communication as the primary customer contact for service projects
