Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the Industrial Lifetime Solutions service partner network across North America.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified service partners based on commercial, technical capabilities and strategic fit.
  • Manage partner relationships to drive long-term collaboration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support regional Industrial Lifetime Solutions sales teams with partner engagement and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and report on technologies, customers, and competitors.
  • Lead customer and cross-functional meetings, providing clear project and business updates.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and supporting materials for sales teams, partners, and customers.
  • Capture customer and market feedback to support product and service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate partner, customer, and opportunity records within CRM systems.
  • Travel up to 50% as business needs require.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in maintenance and reliability programs, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or asset performance management solutions.
  • Experience in strategic account management, partner management, or service sales within an industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of key industrial sectors and their maintenance, reliability, and operational performance requirements.
  • Proven ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a passion for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with service partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer success.
