Arjo's **Rental Service Operations Supervisor** leads day-to-activities in the medical beds/mattresses Rental Operation. Working out of Arjo's Shrewsbury facility, this operations leader will lead Arjo's **Drivers/Field Reps** who fulfill rental orders from local hospitals. **Expected work schedule:** Monday-Friday / first-shift hours **Key day-to-day activities:** - Oversight of operational compliance, tracking of equipment rental orders, coaching Arjo's Service team. - Supervision of work assignments and processes to ensure efficient use of product, personnel, vehicles, and equipment. - Customer site visits in support of Sales and Service activities. Primary contact for Service issues. - Active role in the interview process for **Field Reps/Drivers**. - Provide input in preparation for annual performance evaluations and promotion/assignment considerations. **QUALIFICATIONS**: - Bachelor's Degree or related field leadership experience. **HS Diploma or GED required. ** - 2+ years of Service Leadership experience. - Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage change and multiple priorities. - Demonstrated customer service skills. - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Current and valid driver's license. - Able to travel overnight 25%.
