The Service Manager will plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of Service Advisors, Service Technicians and Lot Attendants to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.
As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance
- Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations
- Attract, develop and retain the very best talent for the Service Department
- Creating an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
- Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance
- Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
- Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide under-performing ones
- Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges
- Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service
What you need to be successful:- Automotive service experience is required

Pay:We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $105,050.00 - $149,700.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
