Service Manager Wage: $100k-130k / year

Description
The Service Manager will be responsible for the client relations along with small projects and repairs of the Service department.

Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate and schedule face to face meetings with all customer base with appropriate intervals
• Quote proposals and negotiate contracts with customers using an established process
• Meet with client to ensure that they are satisfied with services and project delivery objectives
• Prepare and present technical project and repair proposals
• Manage small service projects that reflect are like/like replacements and repairs
• Assist sales manager in development of future sales opportunities
• Build rapport with all service accounts; explaining Apollo service capabilities; overcoming objections; managing contracts for scope, costs, and revenues.
• Promote and sell the company's capabilities to all existing and new clients.
• Review costs and profit margins on PMA's, projects, and repairs to manage profitability goals for each client
• Review and negotiate all PM agreements for annual pricing increases
• Research for potential service enhancements or modifications to meet ever-changing needs of customer base
• Assemble estimates, budgets, and proposals for service-related projects
• Ensure the highest quality of customer & field staff relationships
• Support sales team with customer leads and direction
• Coordinate with dispatch to schedule HVAC, Plumbing, and Control Technicians.
• Cultivate new clients

Skills and Qualifications:
• Background in sales
• Commercial HVAC/R and Hydronic background preferred
• Self-driven, motivated individual, entrepreneurial mentality
