- Pay: $64,500 - $161,800 Annually
- Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do- Greet customers promptly
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and document repair needs
- Recommend repair services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality repairs
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service records
- Help increase customer retention through outstanding service experiences
What You'll Bring- 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience
- Previous dealership experience is desired
- Experience providing customer support and maintaining clear customer communication
- Coordinate customer communication, repair updates, and service documentation
- Experience using CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership management software
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe Estimated Annual Earnings is $64,500 - $161,800.
This is a performance driven position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and bonus based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
