As a leader in the automotive industry, we are looking for a driven, diligent, thorough, customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor.
As a trusted Service Advisor, you will liaison between the customer and the service department, scheduling appointments, reviewing service history, relaying important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers, and providing accurate cost estimates. Our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others and providing an exceptional experience.

- Annual Target Earnings Range: $120,000 to $200,000+ per year If meeting and exceeding store goals and quotas.
- The Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16 per hour. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed repair orders achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Utilize walk-around the process to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and build rapport
- Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
- Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
- Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
- Resolve customer complaints
- Increase profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions
- Monitor the technician working on customers' vehicles including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times.
- Oversee and participate in quality control
- Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as appropriate
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles, restaurant/hotel positions, and retail sales are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
- A minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic presence with an ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
- Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
- Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Work effectively and efficiently as an individual and in a team environment
- Have and maintain an excellent driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
