Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a service advisor or service writer required
• Exceptional communication skills, especially over the phone
• Positive, energetic demeanor required when advising customers
• Strong follow-up skills to enhance customer satisfaction
• Adaptable to evolving business demands
• Experience with GM systems is valued but not mandatory
• Familiarity with CDK systems is advantageous
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service metrics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer vehicle appointments and manage repair orders
• Assist customers via phone and in-person at the dealership
• Identify and document customer concerns for technicians
• Obtain customer approval for service recommendations
• Promote and sell vehicle parts and accessories to customers
• Coordinate service operations to meet customer commitments
• Estimate repair costs and timelines, while maintaining customer communication.
