Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure operations and server technologies, especially Linux systems.
• Ability to read and run simple Shell/Bash or Python scripts.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, MAC addressing, subnetting, DNS, and VLANs.
• Familiarity with remote server management concepts such as IPMI or virtual console access.
• Strong learning agility and ownership mindset, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational maintenance and troubleshooting for cloud server and bare-metal environments.
• Troubleshoot operating system issues across different environments, including reboots and OS-level problems.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to diagnose and resolve server failures and infrastructure issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations to monitor infrastructure health and respond to operational alerts.
• Maintain accurate records in ticketing and tracking systems, submitting requests as necessary.
• Support cloud fleet operations and infrastructure management tasks on a day-to-day basis.
• Contribute feedback on tools and automation workflows to improve team performance.
