DescriptionNorthrop Grumman is seeking a
Program or Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to support the Sentinel Program. This position will be located at our
Roy, UT facility supporting the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division our Defense System Sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
This requisition may be filled at either the Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (level 2) or Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst level (level 3)
Basic Qualifications Level 2 Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years OR a Master's degree with 0 years professional Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace & Defense Business-related experience. 6+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Basic Qualifications Level 3Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years OR a Master's degree with 3 years professional Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace & Defense Business-related experience. 9+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with EVMS Software (i.e., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6)

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
