How You'll Make an Impact

The Senior Workday Analyst is a strategic and technical leader responsible for optimizing and advancing the Performance, Learning, and Talent functions within Workday, with a strong emphasis on user experience and adoption. This role will report to the Director of Workday and serves as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, driving enterprise-wide solutions that enhance the employee lifecycle and enable data-driven decision-making.

Workday Strategy, Optimization & Leadership (50%)
  • Create and optimize dashboards (e.g., Team Performance dashboards) to provide employees and admins with actionable insights, clear visuals, and real-time data to support decision-making
  • Lead the design and optimization of business processes with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and user experience
  • Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and align Workday capabilities with business goals
  • Maintain master data values in Workday and data integrity by developing processes to audit, analyze, and resolve potential issues through a root cause analysis.
  • Lead and support enterprise processes such as performance cycles, talent reviews, and learning campaigns
Workday Releases, Change Management & Enablement (30%)
  • Own evaluation and implementation of Workday releases, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality and user experience
  • Lead end-to-end deployment activities, including impact assessments, regression testing, integration validation, and performance monitoring
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and effective utilization of Workday features
  • Create and deliver training, documentation, and enablement materials for end users, HR partners, and system administrators
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement (20%)
  • Act as a trusted advisor and key liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Influence decision-making by presenting insights, recommendations, and system capabilities in a clear and compelling way
  • Lead communication strategies for system updates, enhancements, and process changes
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain transparency on priorities, timelines, and outcomes

Required:
  • 3-5 years of experience or training with Workday HCM, with a focus on configuration and optimization
  • Expertise in HR operations, including Performance Management, Learning, and Talent processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required; advanced Excel skills including data validation, formulas, and pivot tables required.
  • Proven ability to consult with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
