In this role, you willidentifyopportunities for growth, lead digital optimization projects, and support initiatives that improve search visibility, user engagement, lead generation, and conversion outcomes.
Working closely with Marketing & Communications, internal stakeholders, IT, vendors, and agency partners, you will help shape the digital customer journey through website optimization, SEO, AIO/GEO, email marketing, digital content, landing page improvement, lead nurturing, and performance reporting.

What You'll Do- Lead website optimization initiatives that improve search visibility, customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute digital growth strategies across SEO, AIO/GEO, content marketing, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Turn website, campaign, and user-behaviourdata into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Design and manage A/B testing programs to continuously improve digital performance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, IT teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver digital projects and enhancements.
- Optimizecustomer journeys across owned digital channels to improve lead quality and business results.
- Ensure websites and digital experiences meet accessibility, compliance, usability, and brand standards.
- Provide guidance and support to digital marketing team members on content implementation andoptimizationbest practices.
What You BringYou are a digital marketing professional with
5+ years of experience driving measurable growth through website optimization, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies. You combine strong analytical skills with a passion for creating seamless digital experiences that deliver business results.
Additionalqualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, ora relatedfield.
- Proven experience with SEO, CRO, email marketing, content marketing, and digital analytics.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principlesandcustomer journeyandlanding page optimization.
- Experience with web content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into effective digital strategies.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience supporting B2B organizations.
- Knowledge of web design principles
- Experience in the heavy equipment, industrial, construction, or mining sectors.
- Bilingual in English and French.
