Title - Sr. Voice Specialist
Location - Charlotte, NC or Kansas City, MO (Hybrid)
We're looking for a
Sr. Voice Specialist to support our Enterprise Sales organization as a trusted technical advisor and product expert. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, sales, and solution design.

As a key member of our presales organization, you will partner closely with Sales and Sales Engineering teams to support the full sales lifecycle-from discovery through solution design and closing.
Responsibilities- Serve as a subject matter expert for our Voice Solutions portfolio, including Hosted/Cloud Voice, UCaaS, Contact Center, SIP, and related services
- Lead technical discovery sessions, design scalable solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Support proof-of-concept validation, proposal development, and solution positioning
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with business and technical requirements
- Partner with Sales to help identify and develop new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Deliver training and enablement to Sales and Sales Engineering teams to drive adoption and confidence in voice solutions
- Develop technical playbooks, architecture guidance, and competitive positioning materials
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams to improve offerings and influence roadmap direction
Represent the company at customer meetings, presentations, and industry events
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience supporting Voice, Unified Communications, or Contact Center solutions in a presales or technical role
- Strong knowledge of IP networking, telecommunications, and security concepts
- Experience with solution design, deployment, and service activation in a telecom or cloud environment
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders
- Proven success partnering with sales teams to drive customer engagement and close business
- Experience creating and delivering presentations, demos, and technical training
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred- Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Telecommunications certifications

Salary Range: $115,000 - $126,000
