Responsibilities Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to inform the market research agenda, ensuring alignment between our business objectives and evolving customer needs. Plan, design and execute end-to-end user and product usability research activities to understand user needs and enhance the overall user experience. Synthesize data findings to generate actionable insights for product features and concepts and make recommendations to support management's strategic business decisions. Leverage user insights to measure the effectiveness of business and marketing strategies. Represent the user's voice in product discussions with key stakeholders, communicating analytics results through effective written documents and presentations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies, continually optimizing the research process. Qualification Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Psychology, Sociology, Analytics (any), Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Marketing or advertising client research; Applying qualitative and quantitative methods, including focus groups, interviews, surveys, data analysis (SPSS, R or Python), and A/B testing; Collaborating with product managers, sales teams, designers, or content strategists to scope user research and support user-centric strategy decisions; and Coordinating globally distributed projects and collaborating with researchers and stakeholders across regions.
