Senior Trial Technician

Bring Your Creativity, Technology Expertise, and Courtroom Presentation Skills to High-Profile Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trial Technician to join our Houston team. This role is ideal for a creative and technically skilled professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining visual storytelling, technology, and client service to support complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and produce trial exhibits, presentation graphics, videos, and demonstratives.
  • Film and edit depositions, witness preparation sessions, and trial presentations, including green screen productions.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot courtroom presentation technology and audiovisual equipment.
  • Scan, process, organize, and digitize exhibits, including photographs, medical imagery, and large-format documents.
  • Maintain and manage presentation databases, exhibit repositories, and trial notebooks.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal teams to develop effective courtroom presentations.
  • Provide on-site trial support and serve as a trusted technical expert during proceedings.
  • Mentor and support junior trial technicians and team members.
  • Travel as needed to support trials, focus groups, and client projects.

Qualifications

Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trial technology, courtroom presentation, videography, audiovisual production, or exhibit creation.
  • Experience producing and editing video content. Green screen recording a Plus
  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, presentation software, video editing tools, and graphic design applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting AV equipment in professional or live-event environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and perform effectively under tight deadlines.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting litigation teams, law firms, or legal service providers.
  • Knowledge of courtroom technology and trial presentation software.
  • Prior experience leading projects or mentoring team members.
