As a Senior Treasury Manager within Commercial Banking, you will play a strategic role in helping organizations operating in the Creative Media & Technology sector optimize their cash flow, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate growth through tailored treasury management solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base that may include software and SaaS companies, gaming studios, digital media organizations, film and television production companies, telecommunications firms, advertising technology businesses, fintechs, and other innovation-driven enterprises.
Based in Vancouver, you will play a strategic role in expanding the Bank's presence within British Columbia's Creative Media & Technology ecosystem. You will partner with some of Western Canada's most innovative organizations, helping them optimize cash flow operations and support their growth ambitions through tailored treasury management solutions.
Your expertise in treasury management, payments, liquidity optimization, and transaction banking will enable you to develop long-term client relationships while contributing directly to the Bank's growth objectives.
Your job- Build lasting relationships with companies operating in the Creative Media & Technology sector by becoming their trusted advisor for treasury management solutions.
- Serve as the treasury management expert supporting Relationship Managers and clients while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth.
- Design and deliver customized cash management, payments, liquidity, and transaction banking solutions aligned with clients' strategic and operational objectives.
- Influence financial leaders including CFOs, Treasurers, Founders, and Executive Teams by understanding their business models, challenges, and growth ambitions.
- Drive portfolio growth through deposit acquisition, treasury revenue generation, and new business development while ensuring strong risk management and regulatory compliance.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, Payments, Transaction Banking, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of treasury management solutions, payment systems, liquidity management, receivables, payables, and commercial deposit products.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior financial decision-makers.
- Strong business development and sales acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
