Summary of ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryThe Senior Transition of Technology (ToT) Analyst supports the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise Technology Transition (ToT) processes. This role requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of ToT systems and frameworks, strong analytical capability, and the ability to independently manage complex workstreams and lead project components within broader initiatives. The ToT Analyst acts as a resource to colleagues, contributes to improved governance and process consistency, and ensures data integrity across ToT environments.
Responsibilities and TasksSystems Optimization & Digital Infrastructure- Architect, maintain, and automate advanced ToT master workbooks to enhance data efficiency and reliability.
- Independently develop enhancements and take new perspectives on optimizing existing solutions.
- Maintain and continuously improve the centralized ToT SharePoint portal and enterprise knowledge repository.
Configuration & Data Integration- Standardize, update, and curate enterprise ToT workbooks, capability matrices, and deployment templates.
- Release consolidated ToT master data sets by aligning cross-functional frameworks (Engineering Tailoring Matrices, NPI, ToT frameworks).
- Solve complex data integration challenges using analysis of multiple information sources
Process Engineering & Governance- Author, formalize, and implement ToT governance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with established governance processes and contribute to improvements based on business challenges.
- Lead defined project steps within broader ToT transformation initiatives and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
Program & Pilot Execution- Support transition planning and prepare technical documentation needed for ToT deployments.
- Lead workstreams within pilot programs, coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure successful execution.
- Independently manage ongoing activities with minimal guidance while engaging stakeholders to build consensus.
Cross-Functional Facilitation & Knowledge Management- Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, Programs, Operations, and other enterprise groups engaged in structured technology transitions.
- Design, develop, and deliver ToT training content to internal stakeholders.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and influence adoption of standardized ToT practices.
Knowledge (Education/License/Certification, Prior Experience)- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Process Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of related experience
Skills and Abilities- In-depth knowledge of ToT frameworks, structured process governance, and data/technical workbook architecture.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and working knowledge of SharePoint/Teams.
- Ability to work independently, lead project components, and serve as a resource to colleagues with less experience.
