5-7 years of experience in a front office quant role with a proven track record of production delivery
Proficient in Python, particularly with AI/ML libraries and large complex systems
Strong analytical and architectural design skills, with a focus on problem-solving
Academic background in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM fields
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across global teams
Familiarity with agentic design and cloud-based quantitative analytics platforms
Understanding of data fundamentals and their Python implementations (numpy, polars, scipy)
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement quantitative models and analytics for Global Markets
Collaborate with Trading, Structuring, and Sales to create AI-powered systems from concept to launch
