Senior Technology & Portfolio Analyst to immediately support our Team at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA
) in
Washington, DC. Position requires onsite support at the Washington Navy Yard 4-5 days per week.
Security Clearance:• Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD)
SECRET personnel security clearance.
• Active Secret Clearance A PLUS
Responsibilities:Provide senior-level technology integration, and portfolio management support (RCC and Technology).
- Translate RCC and Technology priorities and technical requirements into clear actions, owners, priorities, and deliverables across the team.
- Manage and disseminate information, ensuring team members understand what they need to do, when it is needed, and which stakeholders they need to engage.
- Manage team workload, workflow, and competing priorities, tracking tasking, dependencies, deadlines, and execution through closure.
- Coordinate across program offices, technical organizations, warfare centers, industry, and other stakeholders to advance technical initiatives and resolve execution dependencies.
- Lead coordination of meetings, rapid-turn data calls, leadership requests, and technical/programmatic tasking, integrating inputs into timely responses.
- Support Rapid Capability and Technology efforts, including technology maturation, transition planning, requirements alignment, and project execution.
- Identify and track funding opportunities and support development of SBIR and other technical proposals aligned to Navy requirements and projects.
- Develop high-quality technical writing and executive products, including proposals, briefings, white papers, data-call responses, and decision materials
Experience Requirements• 15+ years of relevant Navy/DoD experience. Desired
• Strong technical/program management, workload management, and communication skills;
• Rapid Capability, S&T, R&D, prototyping, or technology-transition experience preferred.
• Prior Navy/military leadership experience is highly desirable
Educational/Certification Requirements:• BA/BS degree in a business discipline desired.
