Senior Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in building the capabilities that drive operational excellence across Arxada's manufacturing network. Partnering closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, EHS, HR/Learning & Development, and site leadership, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve technical, leadership, and continuous improvement training programs that enable sustainable business performance. The role is REMOTE with frequent travel in the state of GA.Essential Job Functions- Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs focused on manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, leadership development, and operational capability building.
- Facilitate and coach application of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DMAIC, DOE, root cause analysis, project management, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Lead train-the-trainer initiatives that strengthen facilitation capability and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training across sites.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning strategies with business priorities, operational goals, and workforce development needs.
- Coach project teams, leaders, and continuous improvement practitioners to translate learning into measurable business impact and sustainable results.
- Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through feedback, capability assessments, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
US Compensation StatementThe expected salary range for this role is
$125-$135k annually but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Training & Development, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in technical training, continuous improvement, operational excellence, leadership development, or manufacturing capability building within industrial, chemical, process, or life sciences environments.
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical thinking, problem solving, and process improvement tools.
- Proven ability to facilitate training programs, coach diverse audiences, and translate complex technical concepts into practical workplace applications.
- Experience developing or delivering train-the-trainer programs and supporting certification pathways is highly valued.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred, with additional training, facilitation, or project management certifications considered an advantage. [
