OverviewOur Senior Technical Sourcer will own the top of funnel for our Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Supply Chain roles - identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top talent before they ever reach a recruiter. This is a ground floor opportunity to shape how Amca sources and builds pipeline from the very first touchpoint, laying the foundation for our recruiting process as we scale.
What You'll Do- Partner in-person with recruiters and hiring managers across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Supply Chain teams to understand role requirements, must-have skills, and team dynamics
- Build sourcing strategies and talent maps tailored to each discipline (e.g., mechanical design engineers, electrical/hardware engineers, embedded and application software engineers, supply chain planners/buyers)
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter, supplemented by other relevant channels (professional associations, engineering forums) as needed
- Adapt search strategy and Boolean queries to the discipline - e.g., mechanical/electrical hardware talent vs. software engineers vs. supply chain/procurement professionals
- Write and send compelling, personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn tailored to each candidate audience, generating strong response rates
What We're Looking For- 4+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting for technical roles, ideally spanning multiple disciplines (engineering and/or supply chain)
- Top Performer in your current company and metrics to prove it
- Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (Boolean search, InMail strategy, talent pools/projects)
- Hands-on proficiency with Greenhouse (pipeline management, candidate tagging, reporting)
- Ability to quickly learn and speak credibly across different technical vocabularies - e.g., understanding the difference between a controls engineer and a design engineer, or a demand planner and a sourcing/procurement specialist
- Excellent written communication skills - you know how to craft outreach that resonates with very different candidate audiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities across multiple concurrent searches
- Data-driven mindset - comfortable tracking metrics and adjusting approach based on results
- A genuine curiosity about hardware, engineering, and supply chain/operations functions
- Ability to work full-time on-site in El Segundo, CA
Annual Salary Range
$100,000-$150,000 USD
