Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a
Senior Technical Recruiter to support a company focused on delivering mission-critical technology and professional services solutions for federal civilian government programs. This position is
hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite in Falls Church, VA. The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle technical recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent. Responsibilities for the Senior Technical Recruiter include:- Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and hiring solutions.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain pipelines of technical talent to support current and future hiring needs across the business.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide reporting, workforce insights, and hiring updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with ATS processes, OFCCP guidelines, EEOC regulations, and internal recruiting procedures.
Required Qualifications for the Senior Technical Recruiter include:- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience; government contracting recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, social media recruiting tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, talent pipelining, compensation discussions, recruiting analytics, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience OR 12+ years of relevant recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
- No clearance required.
Compensation for the Senior Technical Recruiter include:Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 annually depending on experience
