As a Sr Technical Program Manager (TPM) within the Global IT PMO, you will lead the delivery of sophisticated, enterprise-scale supply chain programs that sit at the intersection of technology, business, and compliance. This role combines deep technical execution with program leadership, systems integration, and strong governance-ensuring scalable, audit-ready solutions that enable NVIDIA's rapid growth. You'll partner closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Engineering, IT, and Audit teams worldwide to deliver integrated solutions that drive operational excellence, control maturity, and measurable business value.
What you'll be doing:- Lead IT programs for AI chip NPI, advanced packaging readiness, manufacturing execution, supply chain planning, and launch gates.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance to turn operational needs into clear IT delivery roadmaps.
- Drive enhancements across core enterprise platforms, including SAP, MES, supply chain planning, quality management, and analytics.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across enterprise architecture, data engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and change management.
- Deliver executive dashboards providing real-time visibility into NPI milestones, launch readiness, supplier status, and capacity.
- Drive secure data exchange, master data alignment, and process handoffs across internal platforms and external partner ecosystems.
- Manage program milestones, risk registers, executive readouts, and vendor scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Lead UAT, deployment, training, communication, and post-launch stabilization while streamlining processes through automation.
What We Need to See:- Consistent track record leading multi-functional IT programs, enterprise systems, data platforms, and workflow automation.
- Deep understanding of requirements gathering, solution design, Agile/Scrum, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Solid experience partnering with engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams.
- Ability to translate complex operations into clear system requirements, program plans, governance mechanisms, and measurable outcomes.
- Practical experience defining metrics, building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and presenting executive-level reporting.
- Demonstrated capability in leading implementation partners, cross-team dependencies, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
- Excellent written/verbal skills with the ability to simplify complexity and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor's degree (or MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years of experience.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:- Direct experience supporting AI chip NPI, advanced packaging, hardware supply chain, or semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on background leading SAP S/4HANA transformations, large-scale ERP rollouts, or master data management implementations.
- Demonstrable experience with global supply chain ecosystems, external manufacturing partners, role-based access control, and audit compliance.
- Active PMP certification paired with deep proficiency in Jira and scale-ready Agile delivery models.
- High data fluency to convert complex metrics into insights and a consistent track record driving organizational change at scale.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
