Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead (Dynamics 365) is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, AWS, and integration solutions. The role involves developing REST and GraphQL APIs, automation, and cloud-native services while leading technical delivery, troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational support. The individual will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions, provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive platform modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support Dynamics 365, AWS, and integration solutions.
• Develop REST and GraphQL APIs, automation, and cloud-native services.
• Lead technical delivery, troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational support.
• Utilize GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices to deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and solution design guidance.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and integration solutions.
