Full Job Description

This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with CI Poly.

Responsible for overseeing strategy knowledge management, content coordination, FVEY engagement coordination and executive support to the Customer Co-Lead for a JHTS program.  This role will require the candidate to work with other PMO’s to ensure coordinated events schedules ensuring no conflicts.  This role will also work closely with partners across the DoW, IC and FVEY to facilitate needed senior-level engagements and collaboration.

Project: We're supporting a well-established customer that works on a critical and high-visibility mission. The team is tremendously talented, and we need to add a full-time Technical Engagements coordinator with a strong foundation in Knowledge management, reporting, executive support, IC collaboration, FVEY partnerships and the Joint Hard Target Strategies mission.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge Management and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain the programs FVEY space posting the latest information and materials.
  • Develop and maintain documents for all other partners working closely with their graphics teams.
  • Compile the program FVEY Project Catalogue and update it annually.
  • Work with PMOs who represent other JHTS programs to coordinate reporting and ensure language provided is releasable and meets all foreign disclosure processes across all mission partners.
  • Produce a Year-End report with the PMOs who represent other JHTS programs
  • Draft the annual program FVEY Overview Brief with input for the PMOs who represent other JHTS programs engaging with their communications officers to finalize and publish the brief

FVEY Engagements:

  • Coordinate and host two events annually
  • Organize periodic FVEY meetings as requested by the programs Co-Leads
  • Work with PMOs who represent other JHTS programs to represent the Customer JHTS Co-Lead overseeing preparation and participation in briefings and meetings in support of the program, including at off-site exchanges and quarterly program reviews
  • Work closely with all FVEY partners supporting the mission
  • Manage travel arrangements for the Customer Co-Lead and travel to support all of the necessary off-site engagements (primarily in the NCR)

Customer JHTS Co-Lead Executive Support:

  • Manage the Customers Co-Leads calendar, collaborating closely with mission partner program Co-Leads
  • Manage all travel arrangements for the Customers Co-Lead – including local, national and international travel, arranging visitor requests, and any necessary internationalrequirements/approvals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Develops and enhances collaborative, positive partnerships with IC/DoW leadership to drive efforts to identify/create strategies to address needs, challenges, or to advance corporate goals
  • Independently anticipates, sets and meets priorities and achieves results that support Agency objectives and strategies
  • Experience collaborating across IC and DoW on cross-agency initiatives
  • Proactively works to ensure a continuous transfer of knowledge and skills across the IC by serving as a resource and/or initiating and overseeing cross-IC collaboration, particularly on JHTS and FVEY events
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in administration and maintenance of Confluence pages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Defense Travel System and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Experience working with the U.S. Commands

● The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $118,000.00 - $157,000.00 - $172,700.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
