Seeking a Senior Tech Project Manager.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesDrives execution and delivery of technical projects through full delivery life cycle ensuring project is delivered timely and on-budget.Works with engineering teams, including Software Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and leadership to establish processes across all program areas that will ensure success on strategically prioritized projects and improve efficiency.Defines, optimizes, and manages Agile project management ceremonies and processes for large project teams. Manage hardware/software procurement of assigned projectsDevelops a program plan comprised of parallel projects and multiple project managers that collectively produce work that has significant business impactMonitors & adjusts program plan to respond to unplanned changes, ensuring program is progressing to meet business goalsCreates governance practices and provides senior-level leadership oversight and control for the programImplements fiscal practices and controls, authorizing, recording, and reporting on program expenditures & ROIDevelops infrastructure needed to support the program
Basic QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of technical project/program management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise class solutionsStrong project management background (project planning, budget management, direction setting & leadership)Understands the software development life cycle and up to speed on the latest flavors of agile methodologiesUnderstand the product-centric delivery approachFamiliar operating within a Tech & Digital organization, working on technology initiativesSolid communicator; ability to be detailed or concise based on audience or desirable outcomeExhibits adaptable / flexible styles of leadershipA self-starter / go-getter, able to anticipate the needs of their project / leader(s)Able to find comfort with ambiguous objectives, where the end-state may not always be apparentAbility to partner with external leadership to understand their project needs, establishing a solid working relationship
