We're seeking someone to join our Vulnerability Platform Engineering team as a Senior Team Lead in Cloud Platform Security and Developer Enablement to lead the operation and modernization of our Vulnerability Management Platforms, their finding ingestions, and notification and reporting functions.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Security Engineer position at Vice President level,

What you'll do in the role:

  • Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
  • Design scaling systems for managing and tracking vulnerability findings and notifying on those findings
  • Leverage AI models to automate and enhance user experience and acceleration in remediating findings
  • Lead multiple teams in designing an end to end solution across multiple platforms then executing the delivery of an enterprise-grade system
  • Develop and maintain a standard of stability, high availability, and operational readiness within your team's development lifecycle


What you'll bring to the role:

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
  • Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
  • Experience in leading team members in planning and pair programming sessions
  • Python and DevOps knowledge along with experience in orchestration platforms such as Kestra and Trino to help with system designing and future builds of the platform
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
