Full Job Description
Senior Tax Accountant to join our internal accounting team.
Work Arrangement: Remote
Key Role:
• Meticulous preparation and filing of compliance-related taxes for subsidiary companies of ASRC Federal Holding Company, LLC (AFHC)
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual filings of Gross Receipts, Excise, Sales & Use, and Personal Property Taxes for all 50 states.
• Filing annual state and local Business Licenses.
• Issuance of State Resale Exemption Certificates.
• Issuance of Federal form W9s.
• Quarterly reporting to Arctic Slope Regional Corporation.
• Unclaimed Property State Filing.
• Research various state and local matters.
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration) or equivalent
• 5-7 years of related tax accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlook-ups, pivot tables, etc.).
