Full Job Description
We are building a new in-house recruiting function during a period of rapid growth across North America and Europe and looking for a Senior Technical Acquisition Partner who is motivated to help build from the ground up. This is a great opportunity to shape how we attract, engage, and hire world-class. AI mission-focused, talent in one of the most competitive markets today. You will spend most of your time recruiting in the areas of AI, software engineering, embedded systems, product engineering/design, and DevOps.

You'll have real autonomy to partner directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders, while still operating as part of a cohesive, collaborative Talent team. You'll also work cross-functionally with business support functions - including People Ops, HR Business Partners, Security, Finance, and IT - to ensure every hire is seamless from first touch to first day and beyond.

This role is ideal for a full-lifecycle recruiter who thrives in ambiguity, is energized by building rather than maintaining, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience - even under high-volume, high-growth pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, attraction, screening, submission, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and offer letter administration.
  • Work across the areas of AI, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Product Engineering/Design, and DevOps in both the Commercial and Public Sector spaces.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build effective sourcing and interview strategies.
  • Proactively source and build talent pipelines for highly specialized, competitive technical talent, using creative and diverse sourcing channels.
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint, acting as an ambassador for the company brand in a competitive talent market.
  • Help implement new recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices as an early member of a newly formed in-house TA team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business support functions - People Ops, HRBPs, Security, Finance, and IT - to ensure smooth requisition approvals, background checks, compliance steps, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Manage offer negotiations and extend offer letters, balancing candidate expectations with internal compensation frameworks.
  • Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and other applicable employment laws throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategy and continuously improve process efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and competitive positioning within the AI and technical talent space.
  • Support the scaling of the recruiting function as hiring volume and team structure evolve across North America and Europe.

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record recruiting for technical roles.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting in one or more of the following spaces: AI/ML, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Product Engineering, Product Design, or DevOps.
  • Experience working within the Public Sector and highly cleared positions up to TS/SCI FSP.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining candidate experience quality and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to partner directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor, not just an order-taker.
  • Experience building or actively contributing to recruiting processes in a growing or newly formed team environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche technical communities, etc.).
  • Solid working knowledge of EEOC compliance and general employment law as it relates to recruiting practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy while collaborating within a broader TA team structure.

Qualifications and Skills Desired
  • Experience recruiting for public sector, federal, or defense-related roles.
  • Experience recruiting specifically in AI/ML talent markets at various seniority levels (IC through senior/staff).
  • Prior experience helping stand up a new recruiting function, team, or process from scratch.
  • Certifications such as AIRS, PHR/SPHR, or similar TA/HR credentials.
  • Experience partnering with Security, Finance, or IT teams on hiring-related compliance or onboarding workflows.
  • Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking systems (ATS) is strongly preferred.

Location and Work Environment
  • This is a hybrid role based out of our Reston, Virginia office, which serves as Seekr's headquarters and is home to our People and Culture team
  • The role follows an in-office schedule on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (for all staff in this office), with flexibility to work remote on Wednesday and Friday
  • We offer company provided lunches weekly for employees in the office
  • Free on-site parking is available for all staff at our Reston location
