Full Job Description
What you'll be doing
  • Design and develop solutions to applications, system administration, or network issues.
  • Design, develop, and test product features that meet business and technical requirements of NetSuite ERP modules and workflows.
  • Work with Scrum Master, Product Owners, and other company stakeholders to understand business requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Full lifecycle implementation of core and Advanced NetSuite modules.
  • Triage and correct performance and/or data integrity concerns by reviewing and evaluating code, data patches, system logs, and process/memory/disk consumption utilization.
  • Design for scale and reliability.
  • Engage in problem solving, including external and internal customer problems.
You are required to have
  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in the position, as a Senior Systems Engineer, Software Developer Analyst, or a related occupation.
  • Will also accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive experience in the position, as a Senior Systems Engineer, Software Developer Analyst or a related occupation.
  • Must have at least 2 years of prior work experience in the following:
    1. NetSuite ERP (Administration and Development) with NetSuite GL, Fixed Assets, OM, AR, Purchasing & AP.
    2. Developing and managing NetSuite workflows, custom records, fields, forms, and advanced PDFs, Saved Searches, Advanced Reporting, SuiteAnalytics, custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
    3. Designing, developing, and testing NetSuite ERP applications, customizing NetSuite ERP modules, and developing NetSuite ERP Workflows to fit business requirements.
    4. Analyze business requirements, identify problems, propose and develop technical solutions, gather detailed needs from stakeholders, and support ongoing enhancements through close interaction with business users.
    5. Implement, enhance, and integrate NetSuite with global platforms and third-party applications, including Concur, Certa, FxLoader, Tungsten, and similar enterprise systems.
    6. SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (REST & SOAP), Suitelets, RESTlets, SQL, MySQL, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, JavaScript, SDF, ODBC, Git/GitHub, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, Visual Studio, and DBeaver.

Up to one day per week telecommuting may be permitted.
