Overview
Seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on senior technical role supporting Windows Server environments, virtualization, enterprise storage, networking, firewalls, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain enterprise servers, network infrastructure, firewalls, and storage systems.
Manage and support Windows Server environments, VMware virtualization, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Active Directory.
Administer Cisco firewalls, VPN connectivity, Meraki switches, and wireless infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, M365, Intune, Defender, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with Cisco ASA firewalls, site-to-site and remote-access VPNs, and Cisco Meraki networking.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, network segmentation, and cybersecurity.
Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Nutanix AHV and hyperconverged infrastructure.
Familiarity with legacy VAX environments.
SQL, VB.NET, or HTML coding experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, NetApp, Nutanix, or CISSP.
