Supply Chain Planning AnalystWHAT YOU WILL DOYou will optimize supply chain performance by conducting data-driven analysis, developing strategic plans, and coordinating inventory, demand, and supply planning across multiple suppliers and product categories to support efficient and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct data-driven analysis to support inventory, demand, and supply planning activities.
- Generate SKU-level demand and purchase forecasts to support operational and business objectives.
- Develop and implement inventory strategies that maintain appropriate inventory levels and improve inventory turnover.
- Manage inventory optimization efforts and ensure efficient distribution across the supply chain.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, finance, and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with organizational goals.
- Coordinate logistics operations to support timely and cost-effective product distribution.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance overall supply chain efficiency and performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BRINGRequired Qualifications- 3+ years of related supply chain, planning, inventory management, forecasting, logistics, procurement, or related experience.
- Experience using data analysis to support business decision-making and operational planning.
- Experience developing forecasts, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Education & Certifications- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
- Certification is required in some areas.
