A Bit About The Role
This role will drive commercial value, supply continuity, and decision quality through supplier management, negotiations and advanced data analytics. The ideal candidate leads commercial discussions across contract manufacturing, OEMs, and logistics, while translating spend, inventory, and forecast risk into executive-ready strategies that optimize cost, service, and cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Negotiations: Lead negotiations with suppliers, OEMs, and logistics partners to optimize pricing, payment terms, lead times, and service-level commitments.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Align with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to support contract reviews, new product introduction, risk mitigation and balance supply constraints.
- Data, Analytics & Technology: Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to develop what-if inventory models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting routines for spend, PPV, lead times, liability exposure, inventory turns, supplier performance, and forecast alignment
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, Finance, or Engineering
- 5 + years Supply chain management, procurement, sourcing, or manufacturing operations experience.
- Proven track record of securing favorable pricing, contractual protections, and commercial terms.
- Advanced analytical capability using AI and BI tools, Excel, ERP/MRP, to build business cases and influence senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in electronics hardware, technology, or contract manufacturing supply chains.
- Background in strategic sourcing, total cost analysis, and tariff/liability risk management
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 depending experience
