Job DescriptionYour Impact- A major component of our design process relies on Building Information Modeling (BIM). In particular, the use of Autodesk Revit Structural is one of the integrated collaboration tools used in communicating 3-D design to our project teams, owners, and construction professionals.
- There is a lot of latitude for decision-making; we're not interested in micromanaging.
- We expect everyone on the team to assume ownership of the project's goals and success
- Design and analyze structural systems for building cores, shells, and foundations, including steel, concrete, and masonry elements.
- Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and calculations in compliance with applicable codes (IBC, ACI, AISC).
- Coordinate with architects and other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil) to integrate structural design into overall facility plans.
- Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and provide construction phase support.
- Perform load calculations, seismic/wind analysis, and evaluate structural integrity for retrofits and expansions.
- Support permitting and regulatory compliance; attend client and design coordination meetings.
Who You AreRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in structural design for facilities or industrial projects.
- Proficient in structural analysis and design software, including STAAD, RAM and Risa, as well as AutoCAD, Revit, and 2D drafting
- Knowledge of building codes and standards; strong technical writing and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications- PE license preferred
- Experience with Navisworks
- Experience with food & beverage or federal facility projects; familiarity with BIM workflows.
- Previous design and consulting experience

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $89,600 - $130,600
