This role requires a unique combination of deep technical expertise, architectural foresight, and cross-functional leadership. Operating as a strategic partner to the Senior Director, the incumbent will be responsible for setting the technical roadmap, establishing engineering standards, and driving high-impact initiatives that span all teams within the Provider domain.

With the knowledge and hands-on experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, and measuring success, post-launch maintenance
  • Distributed Systems Expertise: Deep knowledge of building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure. Experience working on highly complex projects with a focus on achieving sustainable results
  • Influence Without Authority: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence engineering direction and product strategy across multiple stakeholders. Working with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical groups
  • Experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns.

  • Experience with "on-call", ability to deep dive complex issues and drive them to resolution independently
  • Experience with NodeJs, Typescript, Kafka

We're serious about your well-being! As part of our team, full-time employees receive:
  • 100% remote work environment: Working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you can meet both professional and personal commitments (must be based in United States, currently not hiring in Hawaii)
