Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Product Deviation Management and process audits for microelectronics (MIL types) - see job description attached.
    Responsible for Deviation Management to assure compliance to MIL standards.
  • Assures NMR containment activity, material disposition, and corrective action (FRACA).
  • Familiar with the use of failure analysis equipment and techniques and helps define course of analysis for failed components in order to reach failure root cause.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of manufacturing, screening, and conformance inspection activities; provide tactical support to manufacturing activities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving activities via 8D programs.
  • Interface with factory and provide guidance on technical matters relating to product and process quality.
  • Provide technical review for change management activity (TRB).
  • Oversees First Articles and CSI (as needed).
  • Conduct internal process and test method audits.


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Minimum BS degree in a related field. EE is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductors, microelectronics, or hybrid microcircuits.
    DESIRED SKILLS
  • Must have excellent skills in communication, organization, and project management.
  • Possess good planning, analysis, innovation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Military Electronics Standards, such as MIL-PRF-19500, MIL-STD-750, MIL-PRF-38535, MIL-STD-883, or AEC automotive standards.


The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is:

Leominster, MA Minimum of $113,600 salary per year / Maximum of $156,200 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
