Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Java Microservices SpringBoot Oracle PLSQL and Kafka to design develop and maintain scalable backend services within a microservices architecture
Job Description
Design and develop Javabased microservices using SpringBoot framework following best practices and architecture principles Develop and optimize complex Oracle PLSQL queries stored procedures and packages to support backend services Implement Kafkabased messaging systems for realtime data streaming and integration Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze backend requirements for scalable solutions Write clean maintainable and efficient code with a focus on high performance and responsiveness Maintain version control using Git and ensure proper documentation of APIs and database procedures Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend architectural enhancements to improve system reliability and scalability Support production environments by troubleshooting incidents performing root cause analysis and driving permanent fixes Adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements throughout the software development lifecycle
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and implementation of microservices within the Java Microservices skill cluster
Architect scalable and secure backend services using SpringBoot and Oracle database technologies
Mentor and guide junior developers to promote best practices code quality and knowledge sharing
Participate in code reviews to enforce coding standards and ensure highquality deliverables
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Monitor application performance and implement necessary optimizations for scalability and reliability
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes deployment workflows and architecture
Ensure adherence to enterprise coding standards security policies and operational guidelines
Manage integration points and validate API contracts to maintain data consistency across microservices
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups and retrospectives
