5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
Proficiency in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
Excellent communication skills for liaising between technical and non-technical teams
Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
