ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior SpaceEnterprise Coordinator for a national security program conducting 24/7 Space Warfighting operations, you will synchronizecommunication,proceduralworkflows,systemintegrationand trainingefforts acrossoperations centers, mission ground stations (MGSs), commercialresourcesandotherpartnered agencies. As a space defense mission and system subject-matter expert (SME), you willfacilitatetherapid adoption of developingsystemtools andalignnetworkcapabilitiesto maximize a total-enterprise force response to meet risingchallenges within the space domain.A successful candidate willfrequentlytravelandliaisewithDoD, ICandsupportingcommercial communitystaff and leadership to assess missionprotectionreadiness,best practices, andidentifypotentialriskstoassureinformedprogram management and customer decision-makers.The ability tomanage training and coordinateparticipationin cross-organizationalexercisesfromboth tactical and operational perspectiveswithadvancedknowledge of specialized Indications and Warning (I&W) toolsis fundamental to this position.Additionally, you willmaintainknowledge of current task orders, space events, systems & missionneedsand programmatic goal timelinesserving as a SME focal point for the program, customer andrelated system development contractswhile ensuringstrategic plans are implemented as intended.
Responsibilities:

- Measureeffectiveness & performancecriteriadevelopment;assess riskand predictperformanceand coordinate with IC and DoD stakeholders
- Coordinate training and exercise eventsfor national operations centers and MGSs
- Synchronize planningefforts;ensureCourse of Action (COA) andTactics, Techniques, and Procedure (TTPs)meet mission protection needsthrough training,exercisesand test checkout
- AssessCollection Managementprioritization andmission impactdriveimprovedefficiencies
- Liaisewithoperations centers and enterprise-wideleadership;lead briefings,facilitatetours
- DocumentWeekly Activity Reports (WARs) trackingsignificant enterprisestatusesand progressions
- Facilitatetesting & integration efforts asnew technologieslink with all space protection missions
- Support strategic planning andanticipatefuture threats and operational requirements
- Frequentlytravel to partnered operations centers (CONUS, multiple sites within program) andground segments
- Work full-time on-site at a government facility in Springfield, VA

Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 16 years w/o a degree or 14 years with AS/AA or 12years oelevant experience with bachelor27s degree(BS); 10years of relevant experiencewith MSdegreeor, 8 years of relevant experience with aPHD in related field
- Experience working in high-tempo space operational environment with contractors and government officials (both military and civilian) of all ranks and leadership levels
- Understanding and prior applied knowledge of orbital mechanics and space surveillance systems
- Active TS/SCI clearance withadjudicatedPoly
PREFERRED:
- Experience working in high-tempo space operational environment with contractors and government officials (both military and civilian) of all ranks and leadership levels 6+ years27 experience with STK or other astrodynamics systems (i.e.ASW, ATLAS, SPADOC and/or available I&W tools)
- Experience working withinIntelligence Communitysupportingspace domain missions
- Experience supervising personneland/or leading relevant ops teams
- ExperienceinPlanning, (i.e.Joint Operational Planning & Execution System (JOPES), CCMD/Joint Staff planning process,JointSpecialTechnicalOperationsormanagingteamexecution ofJointDoD and IC plans and task orders

Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual27s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
