DescriptionThis role sits within Solutions Engineering, focused on delivering scoped, funded commitments that win and keep our largest accounts - shipped as a durable Fleetio product that can be supported like the rest of the platform. If you're excited by high-impact, high-visibility engineering work: this team turns key-account commitments into a real, shippable product so Fleetio can win strategic deals and support those customers long-term. The engineers in this role will directly influence outcomes for key accounts and help close some of the largest deals at Fleetio.
This is a remote opportunity and is open to candidates in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
Who you areYou're a product-minded, delivery-oriented engineer who can operate in high-trust environments. You can take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear plans and high-quality shipped software. You're comfortable collaborating directly with Sales and Customer Success partners to translate customer and deal context into product capabilities.
You're independently successful: you take ownership from start to finish, stay tenacious through ambiguity, and consistently find a way to deliver.
You care about maintainability and operational excellence.
