Senior Solutions Architect - Federal Civilian

The Opportunity

Are you ready to apply your technical expertise to high-impact public sector missions?

As a Federal Civilian Solutions Architect (SA) at Elastic, you will serve as the primary technical strategist and trusted advisor to Federal Civilian agencies, system integrators, and channel partners. You will map complex agency mission requirements-ranging from cyber defense and infrastructure monitoring to enterprise search and analytics-directly to the Elastic Stack.

In this role, you will lead technical engagements across the sales lifecycle, advocate for agency needs within Elastic product teams, and serve as a technical thought leader in the local D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) federal ecosystem.

We're looking for architects and engineers with experience in influencing technical product, design and architecture decisions on technical merit, but also on value to the mission. Design experience with AI systems, foundation models, and closed LLM are highly desirable, especially when using data systems to provide secure enterprise context. Our solutions for Cyber security SIEM and XDR are highly relevant to mission objectives today that align to Federal cyber strategies, such as M2614 and Zero Trust. Experts in these topics should have the ability to thrive in this role and lead our customer engagements.

"We question the status quo, debate the best ways to accomplish our goals, and hold ourselves to the highest standards of performance. We take pride in understanding our public sector customers' unique mission needs and delivering recommendations built on proven global deployments. Join this team if you are looking for a collaborative, high-growth environment where you can drive meaningful federal impact while elevating your career."
