Full Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Senior Software Engineer at FACTS Financial Aid Management, you will be a key component of the application development process. You will work closely with Product, Engineering and other internal teams to better understand customer needs in order to create new products and product features that will enhance and evolve FACTS Financial Aid Management solutions. You will also mentor less experienced engineers and give guidance on adherence to best practices and development/quality standards. This will include engaging with resources that are located across the globe. While we work in a .NET stack with Angular, we value engineering fundamentals, passion and the ability to learn over specific tech experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Researches, designs, implements and manages software applications.
  • Partners with Product and Engineering team to define requirements.
  • Write, test, and implement efficient code.
  • Review and provide feedback on pull requests.
  • Use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow.
  • Coach and mentor other team members.
  • Stay positive and solution-oriented with team members and stakeholders.


EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • .NET stack with Angular experience preferred.
  • AI experience is preferred.

  • Strong technical competency, with a logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.

Compensation range for this role is $120,00-$150,000 annually, depending on experience.
