You'll join a small, critical and high-impact team (engineers, product owner, engineering manager) focused on solving real customer problems with durable systems.
You'll be expected to own a major slice of the platform, lead technical execution for key initiatives, and raise the quality bar through strong engineering judgment. What You'll Do:Build & Evolve Critical Systems - Design and implement scalable, resilient backend and frontend services using .NET (Core / 6+ / 8), Angular, and RESTful APIs
- Lead registry modernization initiatives, including containerization of legacy .NET workloads, runtime upgrades, and improvements to deployment and operational reliability
- Contribute to data-layer improvements, focusing on performance, scalability, and operational reliability
Own Architecture & Technical Decisions - Drive technical design discussions and make pragmatic architectural decisions within the team
- Integrate observability, security, and performance best practices into system design
- Balance technical excellence with delivery needs when evolving existing systems
Build With an Ownership Mindset - Own solutions end-to-end, from design through deployment and production operation
- Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and contribute to standardized engineering practices
- Take accountability for reliability, operational outcomes, and continuous improvement of owned systems
Collaborate & Lead - Collaborate closely with Product, Platform, and other engineering teams to deliver production-ready capabilities
- Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and day-to-day technical leadership
- Act as a role model for strong ownership, technical quality, and constructive collaboration
What We're Looking For:Must Have- Strong hands-on experience building production systems with .NET and C# (modern .NET preferred)
- Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM
- Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and RESTful API design
- Solid understanding of SQL Server and relational data modeling (managed database experience a plus)
- Comfort operating in production environments and learning from real-world feedback
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted development and testing tools to improve productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven approach
- A builder's mindset: If you can think it, you can build it. If you build it, you own it.
Nice-To-Have- Experience with Docker, Terraform / CloudFormation, or Kubernetes-based platforms
- Background in system modernization, refactoring, or legacy platform evolution
- Experience with database performance optimization
- Exposure to AI-driven QA (e.g., Playwright, Cypress with AI integrations)
