Position location: Austin, TXRole Responsibilities Senior Software Engineer (front end focused) will design, develop, and deliver high-quality applications using Angular, and AWS. You will collaborate closely with product, architecture, and backend engineers to build scalable, secure, and high-performance front-end solutions. Experience in the fintech industry is highly desirable.
- Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using Angular
- Build scalable and resilient front-end applications
- Design and deploy cloud native solutions on AWS
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and UX teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Ensure code quality through test driven development (TDD), code reviews, and best engineering practices
Role Requirements - Master's degree with 4 years of experience; bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience. Equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong frontend skills with Angular (TypeScript/JavaScript)
- Deep understanding of RESTful microservices architecture
- Solid experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and modern DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
Preferred Skills- Fintech experience (payments, risk, compliance, banking, etc.)
- Knowledge of security, authentication, and regulatory considerations
- UI/UX awareness and ability to work with design systems
- AWS Developer or Solutions Architect certification.
