Senior Software Development Engineer| REMOTE | US
How you'll make an impact:
We're looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join a team building AI-centered, cloud-native systems that enable flight search, pricing and trip planning services. You'll design, develop, and operate scalable distributed systems, large-scale data pipelines, and AI-facing platforms that make travel data and services accessible to applications and intelligent agents. This role brings together backend engineering, data engineering, platform engineering, and operational ownership.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain backend services and data pipelines spanning streaming ingestion, batch and stream processing, and API layers.
Develop and evolve data models, schemas, and storage patterns that support a growing analytical data lake.
Build and maintain platforms that expose data, tools, and services to AI-driven applications and agents.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot workloads running on a Kubernetes-based cloud platform.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable, automated build, test, deployment, and release processes.
Collaborate closely with data science, platform, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
Implement automated testing, observability, and operational tooling, including metrics, logging, dashboards, and alerts.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and agile planning activities.

What You'll Bring
