Developers typically see applications through from beginning to end, working directly with project owners to create, implement, upgrade, optimize, and test features and projects.

As a senior software developer, you will be: - A key contributor for a team of developers working with one of our verticals
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, mentor developers
- Employ an AI-first approach to day-to-day investigation & development
- Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Make code architecture decisions
- Review code for quality
- Serve as a technical role model
Senior team members are responsible for promoting the overall quality of our team and technology, beyond just focusing on their own individual contributions.
Position Requirements You should definitely have: - Minimum three years of related or similar full stack experience
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Experience with AI-assisted development, skills, agents, automations
- Modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React
- Web styling with CSS preprocessors or CSS-in-JS
- Modern JavaScript patterns and ES6
- Server-side technologies, such as Python, Java, or NodeJS
- Databases, such as PostgreSQL
- Unix-based operating systems, such as Linux or Mac OS X, along with the shells and command-line tools available in those environments
- Version control, such as Git
It would be nice if you had: - CICD pipelines such as Jenkins
- Cloud environments such as AWS
- Data ingestion/transformation
- Developed product-facing AI features

- Only New York or Washington, DC based applicants to work a hybrid schedule. The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, interview performance, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
