Full Job Description
Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Semiconductor Test Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize wafer-level test solutions for advanced GaN RF semiconductor devices. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with RF characterization and production test methodologies, including S-parameter, power, intermodulation distortion (IMD), noise figure, and DC measurements. This role requires strong technical expertise in automated test systems, data analysis, and software development.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize automated wafer-level test solutions for GaN RF devices.
• Perform S-parameter, power, IMD, noise figure, and DC measurements.
• Develop automated test software and instrumentation control solutions.
• Integrate VNAs, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, SMUs, power meters, and probe stations.
• Analyze characterization and production data to improve yield and performance.
• Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams.
• Improve test throughput, repeatability, and measurement accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with high-frequency RF and microwave applications.
• Experience with automated wafer probe systems.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, DOE, and yield improvement methodologies.
